Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timeframes

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities/remote areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Charges

• Flat-rate shipping: Rs.250 per order.
  

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via [SMS/WhatsApp/email] to follow your delivery status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2 times. If both attempts fail, the order may be returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
