Luxenrobe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately, including material (stainless steel), finish, and dimensions. Actual color may vary slightly due to screen/display settings. All measurements are approximate.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and [online payment methods, if applicable].
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Luxenrobe name, logo, product photography, and descriptions — is the property of Luxenrobe and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Luxenrobe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
